Yes — during the beta period, Hello Friend is completely free for both pet owners and animal service providers. Signup is open on our beta page, no access code needed. Paid subscription tiers are coming in the future, but beta users will always have their early access honored.
Hello Friend is available as a mobile app (iOS and Android) and as a web app. You can access it from any browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. The mobile apps offer push notifications and the best experience.

Find a provider you like, view their services and availability, and tap "Book." The provider gets a notification and can confirm or decline. Once confirmed, the appointment appears in both your and the provider's appointment list, and the provider gets an AI-prepped summary of the booking to help them get ready.
Yes. Pet owners can list any pet for adoption through the Adoptions section. You'll set the pet's profile, add photos, and write a description. Interested adopters can send you an inquiry request, and once you approve one, a direct conversation opens right in the app so you can coordinate next steps.
Any animal service professional is welcome — groomers, veterinarians, trainers, pet sitters, dog walkers, pet photographers, boarding facilities, pet supply shops, and more. If you work with animals, Hello Friend is for you.
